Rememberance Day 2006

  • Change bow hand positions
  • Promotes better center pressure on the hand
  • Vertical Drop
  • Controlled bow arm so push is only up and down on the bow, no left/right motion
  • Still have to work on keeping the arm up
  • Focus on pushing forwards more to control the bow
  • My release is still good so not need to worry too much on it.

Strength required
  • SPT normally and shooting SPT
    • SPT (specific physical training): Draw, hold for x seconds until you can't hold with good form, rest y seconds where y= 2x, rinse, repeat. X will decrease with repetition.
    • Shooting SPT is where you hold x seconds with good form, then take the shot. Typically 10 seconds +
