- Change bow hand positions
- Promotes better center pressure on the hand
- Vertical Drop
- Controlled bow arm so push is only up and down on the bow, no left/right motion
- Still have to work on keeping the arm up
- Focus on pushing forwards more to control the bow
- My release is still good so not need to worry too much on it.
Strength required
- SPT normally and shooting SPT
- SPT (specific physical training): Draw, hold for x seconds until you can't hold with good form, rest y seconds where y= 2x, rinse, repeat. X will decrease with repetition.
- Shooting SPT is where you hold x seconds with good form, then take the shot. Typically 10 seconds +
