- Was able to obtain much more consistent arm position today
- Need to remember to push down before lifting
- Release hand position is still not correct
- Still lifting from the face and losing contact points
- The pushline setup is beginning to work (The pushline is where I push into the ground, down, outwards, lift etc)
- Attempting to start scapula movement much earlier, as part of the draw sequence and not only at anchor
Use of the form master seems to place more stress on my string shoulder than hands straight on with the fingers.
