Mild weather, clouds, started to rain during the session

90 arrows @ 90m, 122cm target face

• Switched to Green Large X10 Insert nocks from Beiter
• Had to increase the nocking point position gap
• Need to stay relaxed
• Need to have a strong grip on the string
• Kept arm up reasonably well
• Consistant 1-3 arrows in the gold-8 ring, rest not so good.
