Working on building a sequence
- Pushing shoulders down first as setup phase
- This helps keep the bow arm control better
- Keep the bow arm totally rotated
- The use of a Breathing Pattern
- Exhale fully
- Lift
- Inhale fully on draw
- Exhale half
- Hold
- Execute the shot
- Focus on the target
- Pushing out with the hand towards the target from the arm and wrist, but not the hand
- Balance of stance and hips
- Standing on thin bricks to feel movements
- Must be able to place a even pressure and weight across both feet.
