Working on building a sequence

  • Pushing shoulders down first as setup phase
    • This helps keep the bow arm control better
  • Keep the bow arm totally rotated
  • The use of a Breathing Pattern
    • Exhale fully
    • Lift
    • Inhale fully on draw
    • Exhale half
    • Hold
    • Execute the shot
  • Focus on the target
    • Pushing out with the hand towards the target from the arm and wrist, but not the hand
  • Balance of stance and hips
    • Standing on thin bricks to feel movements
    • Must be able to place a even pressure and weight across both feet.
