6 full turns out on both limbs
Tiller and brace height still maintained fine
Dropped from 46lb to 41lbs
144 arrows @ 4m blank
- Worked on rotation of the shoulder, making the rotation over-rotate so that when in not concentration mode, it will still be rotated.
- Discovered that the rotation meant hitting myself further up on the forearm than before so my arm guard was moved up
72 arrows @ 30m, using a 80cm target face
- Discovered I still need concentration to keep the bow arm rotation
- Attempting to control the bow arm drop/bounce (I can hold it up, but if it drops and I yank it back up, it is a bounce.
- The object is to not let it bounce and to either control the drop to a very slow drop, or not let it drop at all.)
- In playing with my hand position against my face, I strained my right pectoralis major muscle, indicating obviously not a suitable position.
