3x 6 arrow ends warmup

Total 108 arrows.

Todays round was trying to be as relaxed as possible.  It was fairly relaxed, but I did concentrate on all of the things I mentioned previously, in having proper shoulder and hip rotation and alignment, and a good solid grip position for the release hand.  I found in addition that turning my third finger inward towards the string to maintain a flatter release hand felt better and more confident in a better release.

I did have bad shots where I knew I should have let down, but old habits have to be broken, so that I let down, reset, redraw and shoot instead of forcing them through.

In the end however, I was pretty happy with todays shooting, my second half actually improved over my first half, which didn't happen in the other days this week, so there is some improvement there.  Pity about the 2, that wasn't a slipped release but rather an arrow that I shot when the clicker went off when I wasn't expecting it and I flinched forward released into it.  Oh well.  Still a good score for me.

It would be great to see some pictures or Video of your shooting and what you are talking about in your posts, so us mere mortals could use it to help our own shooting technique.
