Very hot and humid, low winds at 50m and 30m but not of normal homebush variety.
5 ends of 6 @ 90m practice.
90m: 40, 47, 40, 35, 31, 32 = 225

It was a very tough shoot to do after coming back from a break. The weather did not assist at all and made it very difficult.
- Did not manage to acquire backtension use until approximately 50m
- It took half of the 70m distance to get back into some form
- It was a struggle to shoot with the arm up and steady for 50m
- 30m was high on mental pressure and two extremely bad shots.
